Company Description 
In 1986, Giraffe Cultural Enterprises Co., Ltd. was established. In 1987, the first children’s English teaching center was set up. In 1988, it began to promote the franchise and set up the children’s American language franchise promotion center. At present, 658 schools are all over the country. They are the chain system of professional American teaching in Taiwan. Over the past 30 years, Giraffe American Language has been working diligently, adhering to the educational concept of educating talented people through books, and continuously devoting itself to the American language circle for children in China.
The duties to be performed by the Employee include:
1. Teaching English classes following FIELD’s teaching philosophies and methodology.
2.Lesson planning and preparation – at least 20 minutes before class.
3. Supervising tests, including placement, unit, midterm, and final tests.
4.Assisting with administration
5.Counseling students
6. Proactively participating in the school’s social program including Extra Curricular Activities (ECA’s).
7. Actively participating in Employee training programs and workshops organized by the school.
8. Participating in promotional and marketing activities organized by the school.
9. Attending all scheduled meetings where the teachers’ presence is required unless those meetings occur during the Employee’s holiday or the Employee’s day off.
10.Other tasks assigned by the Education Department and Center Director within his/her working hours.
